Deleting documents breaks displayed view indices #1

When a document is deleted, all corresponding hard links must also be removed, however this means that a hard link such as 1~... will suddenly in truth have index 0 if 0~... is deleted.

Ideas:

Re-enumerate all displayed indices in affected views.

Documents are now merely marked as deleted and so do not need to be removed from existing views immediately. This issue should be reconsidered once there is a way to delete all documents pending deletion.
