Align view index range with document ID range #46

If the command mage docs is used to fill the bound view with all documents present, the view index of each document will be one less than the document's ID. It would be more ergonomic if they were the same.

This does not make any sense. Document IDs are not necessarily sequential, given that documents can be deleted.
