Describe the bug Drag handle and add content button don't adjust to window scaling

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Open edit mode hover over a section to show drag handle and add content scale window width watch as handle and button stay in place as other elements scale

Expected behavior scale with other elements
