build.zig.zon: update imgui deps to 1.91.4 #32

Hi @kassane, sokol_imgui.h has been updated for Dear ImGui 1.91.4 (which also means it breaks with older versions).

This PR just updates the imgui dependencies in build.zig.zon to 1.91.4.

Please merge at any time :)

(I didn't want to do a 'stealth commit' directly into main)
