Rename the lib/class "web server access log parser" #9

This nice little library can be used for parsing other web server's log file! I would suggest to rename it to make it more obvious to people that it is not only usable for apache!

Originally the name used Apache because I only used Apache, and Nginx log_format is a bit different to configure ($remote_addr instead of %a). But it seems better to use only "log-parser", but I'm not sure if I can rename the composer package without breaking everything. I'll take a look.
