Update Singularity image #30

Note that the singularity image and recipes are maintained in a separate repository: https://github.com/kassonlab/singularity-brer

Singularity is not currently described at https://github.com/kassonlab/brer-md#readme so I will not transfer or duplicate this issue to the new repository.

We can pursue specific updates at the https://github.com/kassonlab/singularity-brer issue tracker.

I will leave this issue open here for discussion specifically on https://github.com/kassonlab/run_brer#singularity
