Add rdflib-starter to a resources subdirectory

Graphs: I intended this to be more introductory. Relate more back to python data structure, and then introduce triplet representation

Modeling-Fundamentals: What is ontology? This is where I think Graph's resource links should be.

Modeling Technologies: Discussion of software suite/tools, how they're used, and KASTLE representation/standards.

kg-building-and-deployment: Maybe excessive, after reading #1-4, they should be able to start discussing family-tree designing.
