Recording the presentation part of the sessions seems like a good idea to me. I would love to have, for example an virtual A-term course, that we could just deploy with little modification.
I think it would make sense to have two levels of complexity. Introduce basic concepts: class, relation, entities, triples, etc. Use the family example, Simpsons or Greek mythology, etc. Where appropriate use the KGC modules and identify gaps in the modules.
If there is a gap, I think it also makes sense to use kastle-drawbridge time to collaboratively write said module.
Then, I think it makes sense to think about how a) we can teach someone something and b) what we can immediately get out of it as a lab. The thing that makes the most sense to me is the Ohio-KG example. We have a bunch of different datasets that we would like to add, and probably nearly everything from data.ohio.gov
