When opening Winston's Part-Whole OWL file on Protege and CoModIDE, the active ontology is empty of classes; however, there are object properties.
The highest level something can be described is a "Thing" which Part-Whole details with RelationInstance. Do you need me to create a subclass of Thing called Thing that has object properties that can relate to RelationInstance, which is subclasses of PO types and Spatially-Located-In Type?

Just double checking before presuming the issue is as easy as refactoring the URI.
the issue should be as easy as refactoring the URI. the part-whole (non-contextualized) is just a taxonomy of part whole relations. This might be worth rethinking how we add it to modl.
