List of URI that might need changing #62

The uri is used for modl.owl and will affect completion/filling out of #61

@cogan-shimizu at your convenience, could I get some insight on whether individual pattern URIs should be converted to all reflect https://archive.org/services/purl/domain/modular_ontology_design_library/ or if we will be retaining the URI's adopted from specific provenances (Cells linked to UCSB, Observation linked to w3/ssn)

We will ensure that the easy-to-fix ones (untitled) will be adjusted to https://archive.org/services/purl/domain/modular_ontology_design_library/

Basically things should be in the same modl namespace, except the opla and other standard ones (xsd, owl, rdf/s) ones. The canonical namespace is in the paper.
