corrected schema diagrams / graphml files using kastle syntax.
dc annotations
opla annotations (where applicable)

The contributor/creator was filled out per the spreadsheet supplied from you which left some patterns with only contributors, only creators, and, best-case, both were filled! Sorry for the confusion -- realizing this comment should have been with dc not opla
