Implement Firewall Profiles #199

I would like a feature where I can have two or more profiles with different 
firewall settings.  This way, I could have a somewhat more permissive profile 
as well as a profile that has minimal permissions without having to manually 
make a lot of changes.  One or two clicks and I would be able to switch back 
and forth.

AppManager or TitaniumBackup or jrummy toolbox might provide this in an 
UNelegant way
