3g is not block on acer a511 android 4.0 #286

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. take a a511 
2. root install... works fine on wlan
3. try any app not allowed to use 3g while on try to connect still works fine

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

should be blooked

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

acer a511
android 4.0

Please provide any additional information below.

tryed restart reboot reload... no workaround found, can someone tell me where 
to look?
