add to download all reports #60

to resolve this issue: https://github.com/kasunkv/owasp-zap-vsts-task/issues/57 I am a C# programmer. I don't know much about Typescript. Can someone please review it and try it? With this option all reports could be downloaded.

@kasunkv , are you continuing with the development? There are several things to do. I uploaded one here, but someone has to test it and approve it.
