Translation when JavaScript is disabled #14

When JavaScript is disabled, have a way to get the instructions in other 
languagues than english.

Currently, when JavaScript is disabled, we are stuck with english.

Unfortunately, we're not able to do much about this issue. We highly recommend 
that
you require JavaScript on your site (even if it's in english).

I understang that you can't dynamically switch languages when JavaScript is 
disabled, but have the instruction page to receive something like GET requests 
or 
have a static version for every languages...

I can control the reCAPTCHA HTML code dynamically with PHP...
