Captcha does not work #190

when submitting form with giving captcha code form is still being submited

The image appears to only show 1/2 of the CATPCHA. In this case the house 
number. The second half is not there. The CAPTCHA still allows access (which is 
good), but the iamge just looks strange.

but you can see when you are submitting your comment here a same captcha is 
right there. there is also a single image as i can see.
