NOSCRIPT fallback broken

I noticed this today, both on http://hackademix.net (posting blog comments) and 
on http://forums.informaction.com/posting.php?mode=post&f=6 (posting a new 
support request).

I double checked the code (the blog one is from the newest wp-reCaptcha plugin 
version) and all seems kosher, but the final validation POST request to 
http://api-verify.recaptcha.net/verify  always fails with response

false
incorrect-captcha-sol

even though the puzzle was correctly solved inside the fallback iframe and the 
challenge code has been given, copied and pasted in the 
recaptcha_challenge_field textarea.

Reproduced several times both on Firefox and Chrome with JavaScript disabled 
from the browser options, no way to make the captcha work until JavaScript is 
enabled back.
