Currently, we don't have any priorities as to which endpoints automate first - what is our overall testing strategy?

[x] API checks prioritization and strategy - to be discussed during KawQA-z-automatu meeting on ~~Monday, 30th of Oct 2023~~ Monday, 27th of Nov ;)

We discussed different strategies during our meeting, however we have not decided upon it just yet :)
