[ISSUE#75] CI/CD Pipeline - use secrets to store sensitive information #93

Resolves #75

Scope of changes:

In YML file: replacing .env file with open-text secrets with env section referring to secrets

Any other comments?

This is an attempt to fix the CI/CD. I'm not sure it will work.
