The jobs builder will generate multiple jobs. Sometimes we don't want some jobs published though. In other cases we want to delete jobs that aren't needed anymore.
It should be nice to have a way to also delete jobs afterwards the Jenkins update so that a human doesn't need to do it, this way the process is reviewable and can be tracked.
