While ago we started an initiative called "Always Green CI" which goals were 1) stabilize the jobs by running them daily 2) establish a list of maintainers for the jobs, 3) Agree on rules to add jobs to the be gating.
Recently we have experienced a bunch of instabilities on the jobs for confidential containers too, so the idea of replication that initiative on CC as well. So this issue is about creating the baseline jobs first.
