ci: Update to F37 #545

Now that we're running the VFIO test on F37 update all references of F32 to F37

Fixes: #544

@zvonkok we need to make the change directly in the Jenkins UI as this is just a backup. I have done the change there, so from now on, you should be able to see Fedora37 in the job status. And I'll ask @GabyCT to run a backup next week, so that the change is reflected in this repo. I guess we can close this PR.
