Currently is not possible to build the kata snap on the CI (Ubuntu 18.04) due to some static libraries are required and not available in the distro, build QEMU 5 on Ubuntu 20.04 once it's available in the CI

removing needs-review, this is still a bug I will try to move the snap CI to github actions that supports Ubuntu 20.04
