enable DT mode when nvdimm code plug for arm64 #1148

if qemu version upgrade to 5.1 for arm64 as what's going on in PR https://github.com/kata-containers/runtime/pull/2990, kata will not start as there is lack of DT mode in nvdimm support, which call for adding DT mode support.
