Integrate rethinkdb driver in vibed #1

Thanks for your driver! I really hope to see d-rethinkdb integrated in vibed.

Thanks! Integrating with vibed is probably the next thing on the list. But currently the driver itself is far from complete so I'm still focusing on that (also that's why I didn't advertise it anywhere).

I'm afraid it's not at the moment. This was planned as test project, however I realized I made some fundamental mistakes and it need a big rewrite, for which unfortunately I don't have time now.
