Allow administrators to “force close” an active license session #110

"Add the ability for administrators to “force close” an active license session. This would come in very handy in the case where the concurrency number has been hit, someone agrees to log out, but the license appears to be “leased” for the next hour and a session would need to be “force killed” to free up that concurrent license slot."
