Feature: Azure DevOps integration #122

We use Azure devops for development tracking and integration could be helpful.

@berricks @linhhuynhtruc I understand this is for TestOps, however I have an advanced Katalon pipeline task extension for Azure utilizing console.props config as code, offline retention, and custom devops reporting templates. I could potentially contribute if there was an open source effort somewhere to add to.
