[Bug] Unfound error of unable to run scripts due to expired Katalon License #162

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Test Planning > Test Run Types > select a Test Run
  2. On test run page, click Run button

Expected behavior: Able to run successfully.

Current behavior: Unable to run successfully due to "expired Katalon License" when my license has not expired yet at all.

  1. It is mentioned that Online licenses will be released at the end of each Katalon Studio session but in our case even if one agent is terminated and trying execution with another agent/same for a different suite a while after, will show the error license quota expired.
  2. This error happens mostly on scheduled runs. Works well most of the time if triggered manually.

@nabilahzulkifli Hi. Is the issue still occurring? We couldn't see the screenshot you provided. If it's still happening, can you please upload the screenshot of the error again for us to review. Thank you.

Hi, apologies for the late reply. The issue doesn't occur anymore. However, we saw this error while scheduling and are not able to figure out what it is. Would you be able to help?
