Katalon Studio generates JUnit file that does not include "Skipped" tests.
TestOps and Jenkins Junit results fails to show which tests were skipped and instead catalogs skipped tests as "Passed".
Request JUnit.xml is modified to include category for Skipped so that interpretation of the Junit.xml file reports "Skipped" test count correctly for Jenkins and TestOps.
