[Bug] Unable to provision Offline License beyond current week #189

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Click the Expiry Date dropdown input on the Create KRE Node-locked License offline license page in TestOps.

Expected behavior:

  1. Be able to choose a date beyond the current week.

@clifmo you might need to check your subscription expiry date. You cannot generate an offline license that expires beyond your subscription.
