[Bug] schedule date calculation is incorrect #212

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Configure a test so that it runs every 2 weeks on monday starting last monday and save
  2. It gets launched right away - it should be launched next week
  3. Look at the Next scheduled run date - it is next week + 3 days
  4. Wait for it to get launched the next monday - it is not launched

P.S. I am a paying customer P.S. The bad date calculation was mentionned in #210 (scheduling and triggering done both at the same time)
