[Bug] Owner cannot edit teams created by other users #214

As the owner of my organization I should be able to edit teams created by other users.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. User creates a team
  2. Owner delete that user
  3. Owner cannot manage the team that was created

Expected behavior: Owner should be able to edit/admin all functions
