[Bug]license about Floating and offline license failed to work

• Katalon Studio Version:7.4.0
• OS Version:Linux 64bit
• Browser Version:webserrivce

Steps to Reproduce: After we bought the Katalon Runtime Engine (Floating),our Katalon Runtime Engine (Node-locked) can't be work Any then I I try to set the Runtime Engine (Node-locked) to offiline .Katalon Runtime Engine (Floating) ,and offline license can work if they are not to use on the same time. but today both of them fail to work

Expected behavior: Runtime Engine (Node-locked) to offiline .Katalon Runtime Engine (Floating) can be work on the same time on the same mechine
