If you don't integrate Katalon Analytics with Jira, you can try a workaround by setting only one preferred release on Katalon Analytics active while other releases are closed. When you enable automatically upload test results, all test results will be added to the only active release.

4 years ago Hi @Padoplin, thank you for your quick replay.
It will be almost the same, in order to differentiate the releases it will be needed to create one project for each software verison and set only one release as active, wich discard the purpose of the releases feature. My goal is to have one project for each testing environment and not for each software version, which is something that analytics project are intended to, i believe.
Do you have a better idea how can i solve this issue or m i not understanding your workaround?

Could you please give more details of your needs so I can properly address your concern?
FYI, currently, you can create several releases in one Katalon Analytics' project to manage different versions of your software. To manage releases well, you can set a status (active, closed) for a release. The test executions from Katalon Studio can be automatically uploaded to the latest active release or the only active release in Katalon Analytics. You can freely change the status of a release of Katalon Analytics at any time.

We don't use Jira to track our software releases, it would be very useful to use the release feature in analysis projects without integrating it with Jira, because we are creating a new project and configure the analytics project value on katalon properties whenever the software version increases its number, which is all sprints. and it became unmanageable
