Is there an update guideline from 12.1.x to 12.2.x #2413

Excuse me,

My project has use 12.1.x version for a long time. What's the difference between 12.1.x vs 12.2.x ? Is there any upgrade guideline about the framework?

There is the HISTORY.md file which contains the changes, but if you are OK to share your project with me I can migrate it all for free in no time.
