I had changes to my weekly plan, but it was more like the changes were made for me. Because it's a bit of a difficult time with health at the moment, it's taken quite a lot of time. So that's why I've been doing less ITP training, but not enough, and it's causing anxiety. Also, time off from training hasn't meant a relaxing time. But I'm trying to continue the course at my own pace, so I don't overdo myself, but at the same time things are progressing.
