BOM mistake

should replace the row C7, C13 by C7, C3 and add new row

• C3 is 10uF
• C13 is 1uF not 10uF

C7 is also 1uF, according to the PCB file. So C7 and C13 should be 1uF instead of 10uF, and C3 needs to be added to the file altogether.
