TL;DR

Compuware did a TEI study with Forrester in 2022. The licensing has expired and all of the products are rebranded. This project is to comission a new study with 4 customers to generate some proof points around the business results that clients can acheive with AMI DevX.

TL;DR

In 2022, Compuware and Forrester developed a TEI study to generate quotable success stats that would help sellers to convince customers to buy AMI DevX Products. The licensing has expired and the branding is outdated since renaming the products. We need to recommission a new study with Forrester and new clients. This study will include 4 customers.

3/24 - negotiated SoW with Forrester, submitted to Procurement via Ryan 4/30 - met with Kimberly Sackett, Alana Frailey, and Atul Bhovan to discuss recruiting clients into the study - focusing on Humana, Nedbank, AMEX, NRB, NYL, Euro customers 5/10 - Humana can't do it; need to find another client or move the study out into August / september when Humana can do it.

5/15 - Alana checking into possibility of Humana still doing if we extend out deadline into July. This would shift timeline by about 4-5 weeks, so the report would be ready closer to October. 5/15 - Alana meeting with other customer advocacy team members to discuss what other clients we could recruit from BFSI, Telcom, Healthcare ins.
