show changelogs for updates #88

this will include retroactively writing changelogs for past versions, will be fun honestly

i've wanted this for a long time

can work same as lotus n stuff just download a json file everytime u update and also whenever someone requests to open a changelog manually (have that work on a cache cooldown but only check and download on click of the button)

this system could potentially mean de-coupling of theme version updating to bleh version - aka. allowing you to actually pause an update for an hour and not update the css
