monthInterval, hourInterval, minuteInterval, secondInterval attributes added #28

The customer wanted to have a time picker with a minute interval of 15min. I really like your component but unfortunately the intervals are always 1 and can't be configured. So I've extended it. Now you can specify the interval of month, hour, minute and second. Default value is 1 for every attribute

You're welcome! I bumped the version nr a couple of times and changed the author just to test. Feel free to change these again. But credits arer always nice ;-)
