a fresh restart #6

quick note: this is still pending and work still needs to be done, check the todo for more info!

this is a complete rewrite of lava rising from the ground up after it's original release at the start of 2021. it comes with a lot improvements along with a lot of extensibility in the future for new features and bug fixes.

after this, i'll probably be a bit happier with lava rising as my #1 most-downloaded datapack. but i guess we'll see.
