Serialize filters in the URL #4

A friend is asking about learning resources, so I want to be able to select Beginner and Bash (or whatever) and send them a link to that subset. Maybe something like:

http://teachyourselftocode.com/#language=Ruby&level=Beginner,Intermediate

Hey, that's a good idea!

Hoping to find the time over the holidays to fix this app up a bit, and add this feature too.
