A quick readme update that outlines the whole process of how one can do this natively/officially now.

@KZeni I'm glad someone is still interested in this. I am working on an update, which does not use a database at all - pure shell goodness - it's quite hard though.

I am thinking of forking this project into a framework for automation tasks at sunrise/sunset.
