We want to create an interactive SVG map for one period.
AS A USER I enter the home page.
On the Home page, I can see:
The default historical period is preselected by default.
The SVG map of the period appears in the top portion of the screen.
The SVG map shows the part of the Eastern European region with the borders of Ukraine (of that time)
I can hover over the Ukrainian territory and have some interactions (described below)
I an see markers on the map and can click them
AS THE USER I want to be able to hover over the region of the map that shows Ukrainian territory and that region gets filled with a darker color
AS THE USER I want to select a region and see the pop-up panel on the right with additional information
AS THE USER I want to be able to сlick markers on the map and see the pop-up panel on the right with additional information
