DB connectivity for clearance was confusing, and I cleared up some other issues as well

@masterspambot : we should update the documentation link to point to the new repository so we focus our effort in one direction.

I can update the link pretty fast but i haven't done so to give you some time to tweek the graphics if necesarry.I think we should migrate as fast as possible, in the next few weeks. What do you think?

We have a branch for 2.4.x documentation and one for latest, version 3.
