Getting started: not available on Maven Central (but it is) #5

The getting started documentation says that you need to add a Maven repository because the artefacts are not available on Maven Central, but they appear to be available there now. The instruction to add that extra repository should probably be removed.

Yes, it is, but there is a problem - katharsis-rs has a dependency to a snapshot version of katharsis-core and it might cause some problems. So when a new version of katharsis will be released (0.9.1), the documentation will be updated. Hope it'll be even this evening.
