Hello,

I am trying to use this tool to annotate cell types in stereo-seq. Could you please advise on which resolution I should use as input for the TopACT tool: bin1, bin2, or bin20 and so on?

TopACT is designed for bin 1 Stereo-seq (500-700nm)
