Experiment: Detection and Tracker Handshake with Existing Detection Model

• So one of our goals is to see if we can get a custom detector and a general object tracker working together. Since its gonna take some time to come up with a good custom detector, we can run experiments using a pretrained detector (humans, cars, etc..) and see if our proposed idea works and we can achieve fast results.
