The latest puttycyg zip doesn't contain puttycyg.exe

Actually, this appears to be a documentation bug.  The packaged putty.exe *is*
puttycyg.exe.

Another nit in the documentation: the URL listed points back at the Google Code 
page.

Thanks.  I've changed the FAQ page, which still used the old executable name in 
the
shortcut creation example.  I have also updated the README.txt file; it will be 
fixed
on the next release.  http://code.google.com/p/puttycyg/source/detail?r=15
