puttycyg is hang when I try it

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run with cygterm (IP: -, PORT: -)
2. putty.exe
3.

What is the expected result?  What happens instead?
 The program terminate with exception message from windows

PutTTYcyg version: 20101029
Cygwin version: 1.7.7
Windows version: Windows 7 Enterprise Ver 1.6 Build 7600

If you are experiencing performance issues, do you have a multi-core system
or multiple CPUs?

Do you have any firewall software installed?
 - V3 Internet Security used, But I also tested in disabled status.

Please attach your PuTTY configuration.  Use this Windows command to create
putty.reg:
REG EXPORT HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SimonTatham\PuTTY putty.reg

Please provide any additional information below.

I used AD(Active directory and I log on with that account.
So, The passwd file is not corrected. Is that affected?

Unhandled exception at 0x77aa8c92 in putty.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation 
writing location 0x00030fe0.
